A small greeting

She had honestly been ignoring the chatter around her as she made her way through the castle looking at how the very air seemed to shimmer in the light and she was also a little distracted by the cold air rubbing against the bottom of her cheeks, blushing she couldn't help but notice how all the girls skirts seemed to end at a quarter of there thigh while her's exposed the barest sliver of her admittedly sizable tush.

'it seems its another year of being the one with the biggest bubble butt' Hermione thought as she stopped infront of two massive wooden doors that stood before her. She quickly snapped out of her thoughts and focused on the woman who stepped out in front of them as she opened the door just enough to slip through without us seeing past

"Hello I am Professor McGonagall and I am the head teacher" the sturn sounding older lady said "I want you to know before I bring you in that I shall not tolerate any foolishness from any student and that a wizard or witch can find them selves with a detention and a thorough spanking respectively very quickly"

Hermione gulped nervously as she remembered that she'd be getting a very thorough spanking eventually no matter what she did, raising her hand she asked politely "uhm excuse me professor? How are we to be sorted?"

At this McGonagall smiled and said "you students will be separately sorted by gender first the boys and then the girls" she finished not explaining further as she opened the doors and ushered them in to there future
