A prisoner (16th century)

She was already imprisoned in a maximum security prison when you got to her. You duty was to transport her to court so she could have her hearing. Unfortunately, the journey didn't go as seamless as was planned.

A group of people were attempting to liberate her. They set up a trap on your way and ambushed you. Your ship was able to break away from the fleet, but was chased down. Your captain tried to shake them off by sailing into a storm. The large waves were able to deter some of the intelligent captains, and sink or severely damage the ships of more foolish ones.

Unfortunately large parts of your ship had become damaged as well and it was out of control.

Eventually your ship crashed on a nearby island. When you regained consciousness, you learned there were only 2 survivors. You and the prisoner.

Until someone shows up, you will be stranded with her.
