Chapter 4 by RivoCarnelian
Who is it?
A lone adventurer
You debate hiding, but deep down you know that chances are it's yet another Witchfinder, who'll find you no matter what. At least if you meet this one head on you might respawn in time for the night's revels. You pick up your only weapon, the heavy knife you use for preparing the chickens you turn into pies and step out the door to see who it is.
And blink as the approaching woman gives you a cheery wave and greets you with a smile.
Hello! Lovely day, isn't it?
She says in an equally cheerful tone. Your brow furrows in puzzlement, and you peer closely at the PC. Her outfit is familiar, tugging an old memory and then it hits you. She isn't a Witchfinder! She's just a standard level 1 newbie! You relax your face into a smile, and the words seem to come of their own accord;
Well good morning to you lass! Perhaps you can help a poor farmer's wife out? My fool of a husband's forgotten his lunch again.
If you take it to him, I'm sure I can find some way to repay you...
The last is said with a lascivious wink. Hmm, that's different you think to yourself, your mind working furiously as you wonder how to deal with this adventurer. Maybe you could get **** for all those times you've been killed? Or maybe you could enjoy this apparent reprieve? That last option carries a certain appeal as you look the newbie up and down and take in the shape of her body beneath the rather plain outfit she wears.
So, or pleasure?

Game Monster
From Creep to Boss
You come into being as a low-level monster, the kind heroes chew through like popcorn. You know the drill, whether you're a player yourself or an artificial intelligence, and you're sick of it. You set out on your own quest: to defeat the heroes at any cost (or at least be an epic boss somewhere down the line).
