A law abiding citizen

I live in a standard model 24B house, in district CA/9 in Manhatten. That's the housetype offered for a family of four, we have two lovely children who both graduated from the academy last summer.

Or I suppose I should say 'New Manhatten', there wasn't really anything left of the old city after all. ADVENT have done a remarkable job at cleaning everything up, and putting it back together again after the war. As the compulsory ADVENT re-schooling program taught me, mankind was destroying the planet via something called global warming and climate change. Our new advancements in technology allow us much cleaner and sustainable energy sources.

I work as a mechanic at the MPD (Motive power depot), in maintenance. ADVENT have made some great advancements, I don't know how it was before the war, but our trains come and go on schedule. I have the privilege of working with close oversight of ADVENT troopers and officers, they are really interested in these trains.

... Kinda funny though, in all my years working there, I've never once seen what kind of cargo they're shipping off. But, it's not my place to ask any questions. No sir!
