A lasting effect

#2 This scroll will always have an owner that can change and be kenetically moved into and stored in its' tube everytime it is not in use for 30 minutes.

#3 If this scroll if ever damaged or otherwised altered (aside from being written on or extending itself) it will then disappear and after 1 hour, reappear within the scroll tube as it was before it was taken out last.
