Wait, WHAT!?

A glow begins to surround Jeannie as she gets lifted off the floor. New chains are formed and attached to bangles around her neck, wrists, and ankles. After your shock wears off, you notice an absence from your side as you see a final whisp of the lamp's golden glow flow into the chains that are each connected only one-sidedly. The tube on your back vibrates a little causing you to pull out the Scroll.

#1 This paper is now a scroll that will always be able to provide enough room for the next statement.

#2 This scroll will always have an owner that can change and be kinetically moved into and stored in its' tube every time it is not in use for 30 minutes.

#3 If this scroll is ever damaged or otherwise altered (aside from being written on or extending itself) it will then disappear and after 1 hour, reappear within the scroll tube as it was before it was taken out last. (Any new truths written in this time will be erased).

#4 The truths #1, #2, #3, and #4 can never be altered from what they say now.

#4 Each link to each chain is to last a lifetime, be a guide for each link and the reward will be the unfettered freedom you desire and a wish to call your own. Only you Jeannie and the scroll wielder can see these chains. Scroll wielder is not allowed to affect this rule, else they be added to the truth with their own chains and scroll for _trying_.

#5 The truths #1, #2, #3, #4, & #5 will NEVER be altered by anyone or anything less than the Lamp.

"Well shit," you say, "the lamp, apparently, was not done with you yet." You hold the scroll out to Jeannie. She takes the scroll and sighs after looking at the new Truths.

Jeannie, after reading through the Truths resignedly says, "So, what's next, Wielder?"
