A jar of honey

You Settle on a jar of honey you hadn't opened yet. She'll either laugh, or be politely irritated, or just not get the joke. But you have a good feeling about it, so why not? You tie a little green ribbon around it and ring her doorbell when you know she'll be home.

"Yes?" she says, looking whistful as she stands in her doorway in yoga pants and a loose tee.

"Um, welcome to the neighborhood" you say, holding out the jar of honey.

You hadn't realized how sad she looked until she sees the honey and her face lights up. "Thank you!" she exclaims, taking it from you and opening it right away. She closes her eyes and inhales deeply, giving you a chance to openly admire her heaving chest.

"This is the good stuff!" she says, clearly happy with your gift. "Where did you get it? I haven't found anything of this quality for a while!"

This is one of those rare occasions where the truth is probably what she'll most like to hear. "There's a farmer's market Down past the old church on Saturdays, I buy it from a guy there" you tell her.

"Maybe I'll see you then!" she says happily, and closes the door while you're still trying to decide on your childrens' names.
