A gift from Raikage, surprise for Samui

The moment Naruto broken the scrolls seal, Kumo shinobi standing behind Samui leapt into action. Two, standing on her sides, grabbed her arms and cuffed her wrists behind her back with chakra suppression cuffs. The third gagged her with bit-gag.

Not a second after they finished, they were surrounded by Hokage's ANBU bodyguards.

“Hokage-sama” one of them said “you will find explanation in Raikeage's message.”

Baffed and lightly angry Naruto started reading:
