A Prominent Member of a Local Crime Family

You feel the breath get knocked out of you as you are slammed roughly against a wall. You hear the CLINK of handcuffs being tightened around your wrist, and feel the cold metal against your skin. The handcuffs are fastened much tighter than is strictly necessary.
"Great job Rosa." You hear a familiar voice say. "I thought for a second he'd lose us."
"You know I love the chase Santiago," another voice replied.
Wait. Santiago. Rosa. Those are characters in Brooklyn Nine-Nine. You think. Then you remember getting sucked through your TV. Am I somehow inside the TV show Brooklyn Nine-Nine? You spin around to try and see the speakers, and you're immediately slapped roughly across the face.
"Face the wall bitch, until we tell you you can turn around." Rosa said, shoving you up against the wall again." She keeps you pressed up against the wall as someone else, presumably Santiago, pries your legs apart and proceeds with a frisk search. Again, she is much more thorough than necessary, especially around the groin. Then, without warning, she shoves her hand down the front of your pants and grasps your semi-erect penis.
"Hah, he's got a halfie. I think he likes you man-handling him Rosa." She giggled. Rosa says nothing and spins you around again. You get your first good look at her. She's dressed much the same as she normally is in the show: leather jacket, boots, curly hair, however where she would normally wear a t-shirt and jeans, she's wearing black latex pants and a tank-top in NYPD blue. The real difference is in Santiago. In the show she normally wears drab pantsuits and has her hair tied back in a ponytail. The Santiago standing in front of you is wearing a leather corset in NYPD blue, with dark stockings down to her thick combat-boots. Instead of being tied back, her hair falls freely, elegantly framing her face. Both women are wearing what appears to be motorcycle gloves, as well as NYPD hats. You are so stunned by their appearance that you don't see the second slap.

THWACK Rosa's hand connects with your face, causing your cheek to smart.
"Will you stop that?" You grumble. "I'm complying aren't I? I'm not resisting."
"Oh, so we've got a wise-guy here." Rosa says, spitting in your face. You can't wipe it off because your hands are cuffed.
"What the hell? What was that for? This cannot be allowed. I'm going to report you." You say. Rosa just sighs.
"Santiago, get the gag. I'm not sure I can put up with this all the way to the station."
"Already on it." Comes Santiago's voice from the other end of the alley. Rosa grabs you by the arm and begins to frog-march you back to the squad car.
"Say another word and I'll slap you and spit on you again." Rosa says, without even looking at you.
"This is such bullsh...." You are interrupted by Rosa's third slap, this time harder than the last two. Your eyes begin to water. She spits in your face again, the saliva mixing with your tears.
"I did warn you." She says. "Maybe Santiago is right. Maybe you do like this. Is that it? Do you get off on this?" You say nothing, but the bulge in your pants answers the question for her. She grabs it and squeezes. "Fucking pervert." She says, as your eyes light up. You arrive back at the squad car to see Santiago's beautiful leather-clad ass as she is rummaging in the trunk for something.
"Do you have that gag?" Rosa asks, in a **** voice than she's ever used on you.
"I can't find it." Amy says. "Peralta drove this car last and you know he never puts anything back where it's supposed to be. Ah, here it is." Amy emerges from the trunk holding a thick leather bit-gag.
"What?" You splutter. "Oh, no way. You're not putting that thing on me. No way. If I don't open my mouth, you can't **** it open."
Rosa just sighs and clamps her fingers hard down on your nose. Amy just waits patiently holding the gag. It takes you a few seconds to work out what they're doing. Rosa is making it so you can't breathe through your nose. Eventually, you'll have to open your mouth to breathe, then they'll insert the gag. Shit. How did you get outwitted so easily? You hold out for as long as you can. You hold your breath until you're seeing spots and feeling weak at the knees, but the ladies from the Nine-Nine have all the time in the world. You can't hold it in any longer, you have to breathe. You open your mouth and suck in one huge gasping breath before Santiago gets the gag in. She fastens the strap tightly around your head and Rosa lets go of your nose.
"Why do they always do that?" Santiago asks.
"I don't know." Rosa replies. "But we did a good job. Captain Holt will be pleased, this is a good collar."
"Speaking of collars..." Santiago says, and holds up a shock collar that she dug out of the back of the cruiser along with the gag. Both girls laugh. Rosa holds you still while Santiago fastens the shock-collar around your neck. All of this is happening on the street, in broad daylight, with thousands of civilians walking past, none of them bat an eye.

Rosa takes your right arm and Santiago your left as they **** you into the back seat of the cruiser. And so, there you are, handcuffed, gagged and collared, a filmy mixture of tears and saliva covering your face, and all because you stole a cab from a gypsy.

"Do you want the interrogation on this one Rosa?" Santiago asks.
"I could take it or leave it." Rosa replies. "Though I do hate writing arrest reports."
"And I love arrest reports. Although, this interrogation might be fun. He is the Number #4 guy in Brooklyn Bandidos. He can lead us to his bosses." Amy says.
"I know. Look, if you want to do the interrogation, just say so." Rosa replies.
"He might co-operate voluntarily." Amy says. Rosa laughs audibly.
"Yeah, when has that ever happened. Seriously, you want this interrogation or not?"
