Alan always thought on how his spouse would be, and he knew pretty well what he wanted. First of all, he wanted his spouse to be male.

The idea of having a strong male caring for him and protecting him made Alan feel safe. He also graduated earlier, and with two degrees, just like Alan. Alan wanted his husband to be smart, so they could have good conversations. Iggy is nowadays a very successful dragon, just like his husband is a very successful human, and he does believe, with all of his heart, that marrying Alan was the greatest accomplishment of his life.

Alan put down the pencil, looking at what he just wrote, and after a few seconds, he looked at his hand, and saw in there a wedding band, decorated with a beautiful ruby.

After a few more seconds, he received a message. He unlocked his phone, seeing in the wallpaper a picture of himself and a handsome red dragon. This was Iggy. Alan knew it because he looked exactly like what he had always imagined and dreamed.

Alan was mesmerized by the face of his dragon husband, before he snapped back to reality and saw that he had received a new message.

It was from Iggy.
