How does Thomas ask Jorge for help?
A Favor
After a lengthy process of being allowed to visit Jorge, Thomas went to the prison holding the time criminal. Posing as an interviewer, Thomas was granted access to thirty minutes with Jorge but couldn't bring his watch because of time reason or something. As the guard led Thomas to Jorge's cell, he couldn't help but look at the other criminals that got caught doing other time-related stuff. There was Alex Wilson who traveled three years into the past to predict the winning lottery numbers. He would later get caught after his fourth winning. There was also Nicholas Lee who pulled several First Ladies from their time periods for obvious reasons. The amount of time damage the government had wasn't large, but Nicholas would later be responsible for several presidential divorces. But most of these criminals in here tried to kill Adolf Hitler but for some reason fail and get sent here, one would think that all you had to do was kill the guy, but no one hasn't even been able to get in the same room with the guy apparently.
The guard turned to Thomas and said, "If you try to do any funny business, we will know where Jorge's located, got it?"
Thomas nodded his head.
"Also you'd be sent to normal prison instead of time prison," he added.
As the two made their way to Jorge's door, the guard patted Thomas one more time and opened the door. The room was dim with only the light from the ceiling to give some semblance of life into the room.
"I ain't helping you," Jorge said as he was tied to his chair and looked down to the floor.
Turning to the guard, Thomas said, "My prisoner is going to need some privacy." He nodded as he closed the door, highlighting the importance of the ceiling lamp even more. "I'm not asking for your help; I'm just here to ask you some questions."
"Go for it, I have all the time in the world," Jorge sighed.
"Firstly, how would you like to erase your sentence?" Thomas asked.
"Not happening, they'll know when I leave this room." Jorge then looked at Thomas in the eyes and said, "You're not the first person to ask."
"But I will be the last person to ask," Thomas said. "What if you never had your sentence, what if you never got caught?"
"And how would I even accomplish that? Every time I try to do something, they extend my time here." Jorge yelled. Thomas could feel the frustration in Jorge but could feel something else hidden inside of him.
"Where was the guy who started the Anglo-Spanish War or killed King Richard the third? Who was the one that was the sole reason why time traveling is banned? Jorge, you're not that guy." Thomas said.
Thomas got up from his seat and was about to leave when Jorge said, "It's in the lightbulb, that's how I've been able to escape."
As if another lightbulb lit the room, Thomas turned around and sat down. Looking at his watch, Thomas asked, "Jorge, can you wait for one more minute?"
Jorge raised an eyebrow. "Why?"
