2 members of the student council..

Quin was almost at his room, he had been stared at by a couple of girls he had walked past but otherwise the walk had been fine.. up until now, Quin was about to reach the stairs when he was stopped by 2 girls.. they were dressed a little differently to the others... they had a red ribbon on there right arm and wore a badge on there shirt that was in the shape of a rose... Quin had no idea what that meant but instantly assumed he wouldn't like it

"ew the boy is already staring at our chest" said one of the girls.. she had long blond hair and green eyes, she was the same height as Quin and had average size boobs.

"would you expect any less from a creep who bribes his way into the girls school?" said the other girl.. she looked very similar to the other girl except for her eyes, they were blue instead of green.. Quin wondered if they were sisters..

"uh no I was looking at your badge.. what does it mean?" asked Quin

"this badge means we are in charge here and we will ask the questions, not you.. now why are you not wearing your uniform?" asked one of the girls

"because I just got here? I haven't had a chance to change yet.." Quin said confused

the other girl spoke up "now seems like a good chance, hurry up get changed"

"what? right here? in front of you girls?" asked Quin in shock

"yep" both girls said in unison..

"no.. not happening.." said Quin and he tried to walk past..

the girl with blue eyes suddenly grabbed hold of Quins arms.. "listen new boy.. we are part of the student council and you want to know what that means? it means we can do whatever we want and get away with it, now either you get changed right now or we strip you naked and tell a teacher we caught you streaking through the halls"
