Short Answer?

No. You will not ever encounter any other RSI Product owners during your travels.

Long Answer?

Highly, if not almost impossibly unlikely.

The reason: Every time you jump to a new world, you are technically creating a new universe selectively made because of your interference. For every choice that is made, a new universe is formed from it. For each jump a new host of universes are formed.

In laymans terms, you cant meet other RSI product owners due to the very laws of phyics. As it is literally impossible for you to encounter them amongs the literal trillions of other universes out there.
