You took a few minutes to recollect your thoughts and headed over to the elevator with Jane.

"So what would you suggest?" You turned to your trusty sidekick as you both entered. It was almost funny how routine things had become, most people wouldn't have been able to drop back into a normal routine after that. But for you in Jane, this was the new normal.

"Yes, well, as I was saying sir. Your time spent on the last few... 'activities' have shifted our schedule quite a bit." You could hear the unsatisfied tone in her voice. Jane hated missing appointments. "You've effectively carved out a bit of free time until your appointments this afternoon. I suggest you use is productively."
