“A show?” She asked uncertainly.

“Yes. We’ve been talking about it all week. My god you’re dim. But that’s hardly important. It’s a competition for Double Z’s. I hope for you to place highly or even win. That way you’ll be more in demand when I breed you.” He explained casually.

“Breed?” She asked wide eyed. She’d not expected herself to be in such trouble so soon.

“Yes. Your lineage is excellent. Your mother was a prized pedigree breeder. You have her looks and temperament. I think the judges will be pleased. Now you have to remember to obey me completely.” He instructed her.

Jojo nodded uncertainly. That would explain this outfit. As she walked past a window she saw she had makeup on and her hair was coifed and arranged perfectly. “I’m like a show dog... best in show!” She said in understanding.
