Exiting her room, May made a beeline for the living room. Maybe if she was lucky,

"There you are, dear!"

Turning around, she found herself staring down a woman that looked similar to her mother. But at the same time, she wasn't. Kind of confusing.

"Mom?"

The woman beamed a smile, pulling her in.

"That's one way to put it, dear." the woman explained, giving her a kiss. "Though, I can show you how to truly be May. In my own personal way."

A wink followed.
