The screen goes black, and you are sucked forward, through your computer, into a black void. You fall, then fall some more, and then land with a thud...

You're lying in a very big, very expensive-looking four-poster bed. The sheets are checkered, with bright red and black squares, while the bedframe is made from black wood.

You look down at your body, and are only slightly surprised to see that you've become a Vespertilione, with a bat-like head, membranous wings along your arms, and short black fur. You're clad in fine clothes: a red shirt, over which is a black jacket, black trousers, and a waist-length black cloak.

You hear a door creak open, and you look up from your new body to see a quartet of Vespertiliones enter the room...
