"Say pretty please" Jackie repeated and when Rob failed to respond she pulled on his prick fiercely and let the now rock hard member thwack back against his stomach. “Jackie !!” he yelled “You fucking bitch!” Just at that moment, the doctor walked back in, still accompanied by Carol, Sandra and Charlie. "I was simply going to show them where we might keep any disposable medical waste in this room that they would deal with when cleaning, not that it is any business of yours" replied Dr. Verma. "But I'm naked here" Rob complained. "So we see" said Dr. Verma with a barely concealed smirk. "Don't kid yourself, nobody's interested in looking at you, are they ladies ?"

"Oh I don't know" said Charlie, his neighbor's daughter. "I wouldn't mind posing for a selfie with him. **** for ruining my birthday party and showing me up in front of my friends." Rob did not know that Jackie had already got her **** by sending the entire photo file to her younger sister with the message "something to share with your friends !" Girls that age would find the whole package hilarious. Goodness knows what they might do with them but it would serve Rob right, thought Jackie.

Rob meanwhile had responded in a predictably vociferous fashion to Charlie. By now, Dr. Verma had dropped any pretense that this was a standard medical examination. "I tell you what Rob" she began. "If you agree that Charlotte can have her photo, we can forgo the prostate exam. No need for it to be a selfie Charlotte, I can take a properly posed photo for you" the doctor offered. "Can I be in the pic too" laughed Carol. "And me" said Jackie, despite now having such photos of her own.

Still shackled as he was, Rob had little choice anyway once Dr. Verma had given the go ahead. And he did have the admittedly small mercy that there would be no prostate exam and the entire thing would soon be over. Sandra stood alongside the doctor as the other three grouped themselves around the hapless Rob. "Big smile" laughed Sandra. "Peace signs if you can manage it with your hands like that" giggled Charlotte, taking hold of Rob's hand and arranging the fingers as she wanted !
