"If you don't, I'll kill you!" (attack)

"If you don't let me go...I'LL KILL YOU!" You kick out of the giant's hold, and in a burst of pain it releases you. You dash for your bow which leans against the mouth of the cave, your whole body vibrating as the giant's heavy footfalls echo after you.

With your back nearly pressed against the cave wall you spin and notch an arrow, the giant closing fast on you. You take careful aim, knowing your only chance now is a killing shot with the weapon. The arrow whizzes through the air and the giant stops in its tracks. The arrow has struck it in the face, but you've missed its eyes! Instead the shaft protrudes from the giant's cheek.

It pulls the arrow out with a howl of rage and as you begin to notch another shot you feel its crushing grip around your chest. Your bow snaps like a twig and you can feel the rancid heat of its breath on your face. The pressure on your chest increases, you kick wildly trying to escape.

You can't breathe, you can't even think! As ribs begin to crack you mercifully lose consciousness. The giant dashes your head against the wall and your life ends as a crumpled, bloody heap in a forgotten cave. The giant smiles at your corpse. You will provide several days of succulent meat for him to roast over his cook fire. Its not too often he gets to eat a human.
