"Hooters" tank top "dress"

Jessica pulled what she thought was a dress over her head, but when it settled, she realized it was just a long tank top! Worse, it had the "Hooters" logo on the front, where her breasts pressed against the things cotton material. It seemed to be designed as sleepwear, to be worn with panties or sweatpants. Also, a short would have sleeves but this being a tank top, it had straps that were about 3cm wide, and had large arm holes that bared her skin from under her arm to her waist, showing a good amount of side boob as well, since it was so tight over her chest. The worst was the hem. It barely reached mid thigh since her chest made the garment ride up higher than it was intended. And due to its loose nature, it draped past her breasts without conforming to her body, which meant any movement would likely bare her shaven mound. She tugged at the hem to cover more, but that just pulled the back up, exposing the bottom of her ass.

"I can't wear this! It's indecent. Are you sure there aren't any pants or shorts, even a skirt?" Jessica pleaded.

The woman tried not to smirk as she saw each of those things, all able to fit her, but she wanted to see what fun Jessica could get into with that on.

"Nope, that's it. Now, go to class before I tear up that note." the woman said.
