"Focus on me"
My hand reached out, grabbing her chin and making sure her eyes were looking at my own.
"Focus on me," I said. Her smile faded.
Pansy needed to know that I was in charge here. Enough of her smiling. I was here for something.
"Didn't anyone teach you not to touch a lady without permission," said Pansy. I was about to answer with spite of my own, when I felt my knees buckle.
Suddenly my arms were pinned behind my back. I knew it had to be Daphne Greengrass. I should have guessed she was hiding somewhere.
I was now eye level with Pansy's waist. This was unfortunate.
"Don't try to break away," said Daphne, "it's useless."
