Unexpected Consequences

Hello all! I just wanted to welcome you all to the story and hope you enjoy your stay! This will be a story that will branch out in many different directions and will have multiple answers for each path. Bear in mind that this will take a little while to really get rolling and also keep in mind this story can have some dark and twisty paths as well as light hearted and funny ones too. Expect tags to be added as the story unfolds.

Hang with it as the story builds as right now there are a few choices/branches. I'm laying out the foundation here and it will take some time so I thank you in advance for your patience. Seaside Academy is a very prestigious school. Students who graduate are a virtual shoo-in to any college they wish to attend, however they must follow a strict code of conduct while at the school and out in the public eye. A rigid dress code must be adhered to. Red pleated skirts for female students, no more than three inches above the knee from the hem with a white button down blouse. They must wear either knee socks or pantyhose, black or white in color with black colored shoes with heels no larger than two inches. Male students must where a white dress shirt with a black or dark navy in color tie with black or beige slacks and black dress shoes.

Students may not smoke, drink underage, partake in any illegal or illicit activities that would reflect poorly on the reputation of the school. Students who do face disciplinary action up to and included expulsion which is a black mark on their record when attempting to apply to other schools.

To be enrolled at Seaside Academy, one of two requirements must be met. The first, and most obvious, is to have a bank account with the funds to allow you to attend the school. The second is to have a near perfect GPA along with any other accolades that would add to the overall reputation of the school.

Nicole Min, a Korean-American student at Seaside Academy has the latter. Strong academically and well versed in track and field as well as soccer, she was a candidate that brought a certain reputability to the school.

Standing at 5'2'', 102 lbs, Nicole has kind and affectionate brown eyes with dark brown hair that falls down to her mid back. Her chest size is 32C and is well toned due to her athletics she partakes in.

Her best friend, Haley Ray, is 4'9'' with short red hair and piercing green eyes. A light dusting of freckles grace her cheeks and the bridge of her nose only. She has a beautiful smile and is kind hearted. 32A with a slim build.

Nicole's arch nemesis for reasons that she doesn't understand is Jennifer Tully. 5'6'' 109 lbs, blond hair and blue eyes. A primma donna through and through. 34B and slim build.

The final bell rang and Nicole began to put her books back into her back. School was letting out for the next two weeks for Thanksgiving. Seaside Academy was liberal with time off, however the school curriculum was very difficult.

Haley nudged Nicole's seat with her foot, startling Nicole for a moment. "So, you going?" Haley asked with a beaming smile.

Nicole looked up and sighed, standing and shouldering her bag. "I don't think so."

The smile vanished instantly from Haley. "What? Why? You are kidding right?"

With another heavy sigh, Nicole shook her head. "No, I don't think so. Sorry."

Haley seemed to not understand. "Nik, you gotta go. It's a huge party for seriously like the next week and a half and Jennifer's parents are like in Norway or something for the next two months. What a perfect time for it, right?"

"Look, Haley, I don't really like Jennifer and I ju-" Nicole started but was cut off when Haley cupped her face with both of her hands and drew her face virtually nose to nose Haley's.

"Everyone is going. The whole senior class. Phil, Dean, Yasmin... Nerdy Neddy... It was a blanket invitation, Nik. Besides, her house is HUGE. HUUUUGE. Massive courtyard, giant indoor AND outdoor pool! A million places to crash. You have to go. Please tell me you are going to go..." Haley said with her brows arched.

Nicole began to shake her head no when Haley began to forcibly make her shake her head 'yes'. "Seriously, I don't think so. I wi-"

"Tell me you are going. Don't make me beg, please. I'll do it." Haley paused for a moment before she dropped to her knees. Throwing her head back and using her left forearm to rest across her brow, "HOW WILL I LIVE WITH OUT YOU?" she began to sing out which made Nicole smile but sigh all the same.

"Why are you like this?" Nicole already knew the answer but asked anyway.

There were a few chuckles from other students who had heard this song and dance before. Some seemed to just ignore it as if it was a regular occurrence.

"How will I, how will I ever survive?" she continued singing, letting the last note really hit the right pitch which made Nicole wince.
