The year is 92 PT (Post Tezuka) the Anime World is large and varied with diverse environments and civilizations, and the people who live in this world are equally diverse: people of all different races, genders, species and sexualities call the Anime World home. Speaking of sexualities, one of the many problems the Anime World faces is a large number of gay bachelors. Since this is the Anime World same sex relationships have to follow certain yaoi tropes, specifically that one party HAS to be the seme—bold, masculine, assertive and hung—and the other party HAS to be the uke—meek, effeminate, passive and always taking it up the ass. Unfortunately, there are a lot of closeted gay men these days are unwilling to place themselves into such an undignified role, as such the world is suffering from a shortage of uke. Fortunately, a rogue cabal of fujoshi have taken matters into their own hands and have built a clandestine re-education facilities to help these misguided uke's realize they’d be much happier sucking off rather than being sucked off.

At an undisclosed location deep in the mountains two vehicles are driving up to the facility, one a limousine escorting a select customer and a hapless young man, whom the customer is willing to pay a lot of money to have turned into his uke sex , the other is a box truck carrying a new batch of boy, just waiting to be processed into new uke.

Watching from her office at the top of the main building Haruka Takemiya, the founder of the Fujoshi Cabal and head of the facility watches both vehicles arrive with a sinister grin on her face.
