The Sissification Act

Nobody knows why but for some reason the birth rate of females began to decline. It got so bad that mankind was threatened by the decline of females. The Governments of the world tried to women to have multiple children but that barley helped, and then passed many laws that let men basically fuck women whenever and wherever they want in hopes to increase the rates pregnancies but the declining rate of women still continued, not to mention the treatment of the women during these times were so horrid that it created a whole mess of problems that made everything worse.

Eventually, Biologist Robert "Dick" Siskin decided to try and kill two birds with one stone, by using the excess amount of males in the human population to fix the lack of females. Siskin developed a procedure that could turn a human male into a "pseudo-woman" by converting the body to become more feminine and converting the anus to be a pseudo-vagina by giving access to a working womb and making it more of a sex organ than simply removing waste. Siskin's procedure had a lot of negative feedback at first, but everyone got so that the government tried it on a few "volunteers", and it worked. The test subjects turned into pseudo-women while still being able to function as a male.

Even so, none of the men were happy about the very real possibility of being turned into a women, but what choice did they have. By this point the male to women ratio of human beings were 10 to 1. In order to stop the men from rebelling and to stop the threat of the human race the government passed Siskin's Law. This law all men that turn a certain age to take a masculinity test, all men that fall below that average masculinity score will be required by law to be turned into a pseudo-woman.

This law was also unpopular but didn't invoke absolute outrage by the male population. Immediately knowing why the government took a next step by using pro-masculinity propaganda and reviving old sexist stereotypes and behaviors. There final stroke of male chauvinist brilliance was passing the Male Dominance Law. All males were allowed to freely use any and all pseudo-women for sexual release.

Their plan was a huge success in an instant society regressed into a male dominated society, all pseudo-women were treated as either second class citizens or servants to actual men. Any and all pure women were treated as princesses and royalty, but pseudo-women were constantly fucked and impregnated for the good of all mankind.
