The Masterplan Marvel Version

Somewhere on this Planet there was a deep Cave. Once it had been a natural Cave but millions of Dollars and years of Work had made it even bigger. Inside of this Cave there was a building that belonged to the most advanced in this World. It was shielded against most of the advanced Scanners and ancient Runes protected it against Magical Observation. There would only be a handful of Organisations or People who could find it. But to find it they first had to know that such a Building would exist. The Man inside of the Building had played enough money and killed even more Men to keep it a secret. Nobody who had worked on the Building or the Cave was still alive. Most of the Work was made by Robots or Mind Controlled Slaves. But right now it was empty except the Ruler of the Building.

A Black robed Person moved through the Floors. It was impossible to say if this Person was male or female and the Sound of heavy armoured Boots echoed through the empty Rooms. The green Lights inside the Building sprang into action when he got close to them and deactivated themselves if he left the Area. The Building had a high advanced KI that tried his best to keep the energy Signature of the Building as low as possible. Finally the Person reached the Heart of the Building. A room as big as a Football Field. Hundreds of Monitors where build in it and each one showed another Part of the Planet. Some showed Diagnostics, others showed Landscapes and another ones showed News from all over the World. The Person moved to one giant Console and entered some Commands.

Most of the Screens faded away and showed now information about is latest Projects. Almost all of them were written in Red what meant that they had failed. Behind it there were Pictures of the Person who was responsible for the Failing.

He activated another Console and started an automatic Program. He or She called it the Master plan. It was something he/she had hold back for a long time because it would weaken the Global Defence of the Planet dramatic in the worst case. But it wasn’t lethal and to this calculation even only something time limited. He had put on a list where most of the Heroes were enlisted that were the greatest Threat. Some of them were Avengers others were Part of the Fantastic Four. Only very few others that worked alone were on it. Also there were some more or less famous Mutants on the list. But his information about the Mutant Society were limited. He knew that there were two sides. One was the Side that tried to defeat the Mankind for a World were only Mutants lived under the command of Magneto and the other Side were the so called X-Men, but he knew only some of the Members. The Person in the Building didn’t knew where the X-Men came from and who was their leader. But he suggested that Professor Charles Xavier knew something about it.

He had some vital Operations in his List that he couldn’t risk to fail. But all other Plans to get the Heroes out of the way had failed. Under the Lead of the Global Player they had evolved from some Local distractions to a well formed Organisation covered by S.H.I.E.L.D. Now that SHIELD was visible acting on the Helicarrier he had at last the Chance to do something against them too. It had been the greatest and maybe only failure of Nick Fury to bring SHIELD out of the Shadows.

The Mastermind couldn’t risk to take out the Global Player forever. He just wanted that they were distracted for a long time. At least for the next 2 Years he needed them out of the Way. So he had searched for a Way to archive his Goal without the Need of Lethal . He soon had found various Methods of Mind Control or Booster that he could send to carefully selected Persons. These Persons were Villains or in rare cases normal average Persons but his Calculation showed a great chance that with the right Equipment they would act like he wanted them. He was sure that the Superhero Community was able to undo his actions and so there wouldn’t be any permanent Damages to the World. The Mastermind looked at the List of the most dangerous People for his Plans.

Read Richards. Genius and Leader of the Fantastic Four. Maybe the most brilliant mind on this Planet. His Body stretching Powers made him dangerous but what was more dangerous was his Brain. He didn’t think like any other Human. It seemed that he was able to think on multiple things at the same time.

Greatest Weakness: Too brilliant for the normal Life, often distracted by his Research

Susan Storm Richards. Wife of Reed Richards and also a very potent Scientist. She was able to create fields and make herself invisible. She was a known hero and was in a Position where she could use her Fame to bring other Heroes to do what she asked. She was more one of the Charismatic Enemies he had spotted. Also she was a true Bombshell.

Greatest Weakness: Her Children and her love for Attention

Tony “Iron Man” Stark. Philanthropy, Genius and one of the richest People on the Planet. Leader of Stark Industrial. He was also Iron Man and the Leader of the Avengers. His Suit was powered by an ARC Reactor that only he knew how to build. Armed with Repulsor Weapon and a great set of other Weapons he was a great Fighter. His Leadership skills weren’t that great but he was the Centre of the Avengers.

Greatest Weakness: His Pride and Ego

Leader of the X-Men. Unknown Identity. Had control over very Powerful X-Men like Wolverine, Storm and others.

Greatest Weakness: Unknown

Steve “Capt. America” Rogers. Member of the Avengers. Superhuman strength and boosted physical Power. Armed with an indestructible Shield out of unknown Metal. World Wide known Hero and the heart and Soul of the Avengers.

Greatest Weakness: Was frozen in time for 60. Years. Don’t understand the modern Time fully.

Doctor Stephen Strange. Former Doctor and now the Sorcerer Supreme. The greatest Magician of the World and maybe other Worlds too

Greatest Weakness: Unknown

Natasha “Black Widow” Romanov. Expert Spy. Not a great threat to his Plans but one of the Best Weapons against most of them. The perfect Spy and with some advances over a normal Human.

Weakness: Was in her early Times programmed by the KGB. And he found the activation Codes

He set the Plan in motion with only one little Button. Automatic Systems send special Items to well-chosen People so they could start to manipulate the Heroes. None of his Chosen Warriors wanted the Hero Dead only as a Toy. Some out of love, some because they hoped to get power. But he made sure that none of them would be able to pinpoint him back here in his hideout.

“Let the games begin!” was the soft voice of the Mastermind as he left the Building
