Magical Manipulations

Welcome to a world of gods, quests and monsters… not that you’ll be participating in any of that! No, no, the great creator of this world has a much different plan for you.

It is a large world filled with perils like orcs, angry gods, and the occasional natural disaster. There are various races, like humans, elves, dwarves, goblins, etc. Dragons roam the skies and the land is untamed and wild with settlements occasionally dotting the map. In addition, some strange phenomenon present only in this universe seems to make women more populated than men… fancy that! The split is about 70% women to 30% men (for some reason, elves have a 90% and 10% split), enough to make a substantial difference in society with a lot more women in typical “masculine” positions, like lordships, knighthoods, etc.

You are a lowly peasant farmer, a male, that lives in a tiny satellite village outside of a huge human city named Freehold, ruled by the wicked Queen, Lucille Grimtalon. You’re a farmer, your parents before you were farmers, and their parents before them were farmers. It’s a sad, brutal life filled with woe and misery, famine and war, lords and lieges. You live alone in a humble farmstead that you pay exorbitant rent to your cruel Baroness, Liv Williams.

One day however, as you are tilling the fields, you dig up a dusty tome, brimming with ancient and powerful magic! You run inside onto your bed and sit cross-legged, covering your entire body with your blanket as you open the book with giddy. What powers lie in this book you wonder? And how can you use it to get laid…

[What do you look like?: The character is not described in great detail on purpose. He is you, the reader! He is as strong and burly or emaciated and weak as yourself. Of course, when I say "you", I can't stop you from imagining a different person, so go ahead and take your pick of appearance. The reason why I did this was because too many times I've been told that I'm some 6'8" white beefcake (I would not eat that) with an 18" penis (now I really would not eat that). In this story, you decide!]

[Pictures: So, typed description is great and all but I personally like it when stories also include a picture of what the girl looks like. I have included real-life pictures for all the female characters, drawing mostly from fantasy type shows and movies, like Keira Knightly from Pirates of the Caribbean, Natalie Dormer from Game of Thrones, etc. You know, some personal favorite girls. The characters in my story are typically in no way connected to them except in appearance. I understand this takes away the element of imagination for some of you and I apologize.]

[Author's Note: Hey there! This is my first story so remember to like and favorite chapters that you enjoy so I know to make more of it! I've been planning on making a story for awhile. I read a lot of good stuff on CHYOA so I figured I should contribute a bit, especially to my favorite genres! For me, it's even better when it's in a fantasy universe, like Lord of the Rings or Dungeons and Dragons. It sure does take a lot of motivation to actually get writing, so I commend all of you who manage to put out so much quality content! However, I would like to keep this story in my hands and I will not be accepting addition, though obviously I encourage others to create stories in the same vein as mine. The more the merrier.
