Involving a Friend

You've been driving for 25 minutes, but it's felt a lot longer. You're picking up Brandon; one of your closest friends, he's in your hometown for work but you insisted he stay longer. You originally met brandon online, and when you moved to Los Angeles for work, he was the first person to show you around, you share a lot of interests, music taste, and taste in women. Eventually you moved into an apartment together and saw eachother on a daily basis. You've always been attracted to Brandon, and theres always been a weird vibe between you two, but it was never discussed, he is straight as far as you know.
Brandon is handsome in a classic way, he's tall and well built but not 'muscly', he has wavy brown hair and gigantic brown eyes that seem to just go on forever.
You haven't seen Brandon in over a month because you've been back home visiting friends and family, your girlfriend Zoe has come with you. You've never been in love with someone more than Zoe, you met her in Los Angeles through a mutual friend and hit it off instantly. She's the polar oposite to you in all the right ways, she fits you like a jigsaw piece. She has long flowing dark brown hair, and the most stunning green eyes. Her smile is infectious, you can't help but feel happy around her.

You approach the exit signed "TERMINAL 5 - NEXT EXIT", spend about 5 minutes looking for a parking space, then briskly walk toward the terminal. You made it just in time, as you walk into the Arrivals lounge, you see Brandon coming down the escalator. You hurriedly approach him with a smile on your face and hold your hand out for a long-awaited bro hug. You offer to take one of his bags and start walking back to your car. After stowing his bags in the trunk, you start your car and begin the 30 minute journey back to your apartment.

When you arrive at your apartment, you and Brandon are greeted by Zoe. Brandon has had a long flight and needs to freshen up, you show him to his room and leave him be. You and Zoe make evening plans for the 3 of you.
