Chapter 1 by I------------------------------------------------l I------------------------------------------------l

<--- Previous to the story --->

Hello everyone! This time I decided to do a story focusing Felix (Or Ferris) from Re: Zero, admit it, one of the best kitty traps of anime! As I often do in my stories, I'll add some foot fetish, so if it's not your ken you could as well either skip those parts or just stop reading. Also, for the story's sake I'll give Felix a certain extra of abilities. (A bit more offensive control of water, and two new healing techniques.)

Oh, I guess it's obvious but, okay, here it goes.... I don't own Felix as a character and it's a creation of the author of Re: Zero whom's name I forgot and bla bla blaaaaaaaa...

<-- Chapter 1 - Not Lugunica --->

Felix

Note: Uhm, as every first chapter, it is an introduction and all that, so, not many things will happen, and, even less, footy fun, so stay tuned!

__

Felix opened his eyes and looked around, he was confused and his head hurt a lot ...... ** Where am I? ** he wondered as he slowly got up and looked around again ... This was not Lugunica, or it was not much like some place Felix had visited before ... Maybe he was in another city? Architecture did not seem so different after all. The trap cat was in a street where the great majority of the houses were of one or two floors and seemed to be made of a mixture of wood and stone.

"Uhm...?" Felix realized he was a bit at the center of attention in that street, basically because his beautiful dress stood out in comparison to what the people had there ... Most of them wore simply rags or the least of clothes to cover themselves... It certainly seemed to be some kind of poor neighborhood.

** Is this another country, perhaps? I don't think I have seen any of these streets before. ** the headache was lightening slightly as Felix walked the streets, looking around, the landscape and people did not change much, really. There were some street performers teaching a couple of magic tricks here and there, a couple of storefronts who looked rather on the verge of ruin and with very little genre...

** Eh ... It does not look like a suburb ... At least there is some movement in the streets ** he thought while continuing to walk the streets of this new city ... The how and why Felix was here were still an unknown answer, but the trap cat did not care as much as the present.

After a walk in the city, the first problems jumped into view. In a small square, Felix could see a squad of fallen soldiers, they seemed to have come from some kind of war, most of them were wounded and had their armor torn or stained with blood, either the enemy's or their own... Some limped, some lamented on the floor.

** Nya? ... Hmm ... Soldiers, although I do not recognize that type of armor or emblem ... Well, I think I can give a little help, not that there is much to do here ... ** smiling for himself the trap cat approached the soldiers, some of them, however, reacted defensively when they saw that a beautiful cat girl in unusual clothes for that place came to them.

"Who are you ?!" the nearest, a man in his early thirties and with several scars on his face weakly placed his hand on the handle of his sword.

"If you react like that, it will be harder to heal you." Felix shrugged but smiled at the soldier, who could not help blushing a little and noticed that he was being a little rough with the stranger, perhaps because of the factor they had come from a battle and the man was not exactly jumping with joy.

"My apologies ... C-cure me? Are you a healer, lass?" The man was wrong with the genre of Felix, which was already quite common anyway, and the trap cat did not get him out of his error.

"Judge for yourself!" Felix winked at him in an adorable manner and laid his hands on a wound of the soldier's right arm, a pale blue light illuminating the delicate but deft hands of the expert healer. While Felix healed that wound, he could not avoid glancing at the rest of the soldiers and analyzing the most visible wounds or possible damages they had, and drawing up a plan of action, nevertheless ... It was not necessary.

In a flash of light of the same color, several small beams of light shot from that soldier he was healing to others, covering their wounds with the same blue light ... It was a strange feeling, in fact, it was the first time that Felix did not have to be curing his targets one by one ... When and how did he learn something like that? ... Well, he did not know it himself, but it definitely caught the attention of soldiers and passersby.

"A-Awesome ..." / "Who's that girl ...?" / "Was there anyone with such healing powers here?" / "Thank you, thank you!" It was some of the comments that Felix managed to unite as he tried to assimilate this, his head hurt a little again and he felt somewhat exhausted and confused by the situation. ** Eh? ... Have I cured them all from the distance? ... Wow, I never thought I'd improve my magic in a situation like this and this way ... ** He shook his head for a moment. "Oh, it's nothing ... By the way, how did you get those wounds? What country are we in?" he asked to the next soldier...

"Eh? ... Uhm ... Now that you say it, judging by your clothes, or you're part of the nobility or you're not directly from this damned city, right?" The man cleared his throat a little and then sighed. "You are in Fradia, a country that collapses, in ruin ... Where surviving every day is the only thing some have." he said fatefully.

"Nyaa ... It does not sound like a very cheerful place, really!" He exclaimed without losing his typical smile. "And have you heard anything about the kingdom of Lugunica?"

"Eh? ... Lugunica? ... No idea ..." The man looked at the other soldiers who did not seem to know much either.

"Uhm, I see ..." ** Maybe I'm in a country far away. Ah ... I wonder if Crusch-sama will be okay in my absence .... Well, maybe I should worry about thinking about going back first, or snooping about the place? **

"What is your name, lass? ...." the soldier closest to her asked.

"Felix Argyle." He smiled tenderly.

"I see ... I am Sergeant Delapierre, if you will allow me to give a report to my lieutenant, Felix-san, a person as skilled as you should not wander around a place like this ..." he said again with fateful tone as he walked towards one of the streets that connected with the square. "You could accompany me?" Although his tone was harsh and rough typical of someone who has seen the horrors of war, seemed to speak very respectfully when he wanted.

Felix shrugged. ** Crusch-sama is not a baby, she knows how to take care of herself ... Although I would prefer to see her sooner the truth is that I do not have many alternatives or know what course to take, hmmm ... ** "Nyaha ~ I guess I'll be with you for now ! " He winked at the sergeant, who tried to do his best not to blush and quickly turned back, clearing his throat a little: "This way."

Sergeant Delapierre guided Felix to another of the streets of the city. In that street was a building that had two flags on the outside, a blue one with the symbol of a dragon and a yellow with two lions, the building looked like some kind of bunkhouse (At least it was better decorated than the rest of the street)

Once inside, in the hall, four people were found. One of them looked very much like the sergeant Delapierre in clothing and armor, only less shattered than the latter, of course. The other three people, however, looked different, had brighter and more distinctive armor. Felix thought that these three were either part of the royal guard, or came from another kingdom much less poor than this.

Sergeant Delapierre approached his equal and made a military salute. Meanwhile, of the three figures, the one in the middle, a girl with blond hair and turquoise eyes turned to the sergeant and Felix.

Silvia

"Oh, Silvia-sama, it's good to see you around here." the sergeant made again a military salute directed to her. Silvia, who seemed to be her name, observed Felix with curiosity and detail. The trap cat only smiled, since the sergeant took him to that place the least thing to do is wait until this one made presentations. Unexpected or not, Silvia smiled back at Felix, then looked questioningly at Sergeant Delapierre.

"I have come to make a report to Lieutenant Yosenta, but if Silvia-sama is here much better." Delapierre said and cleared his throat before continuing.

"The convoy sent to Mandis to request permission of the emperor in the withdrawal of troops from some of our legions was ambushed by the bandits in the bridge Sachermore"

"Those cowards are more organized than they seem." Silvia said.

"That's right, and it seems they have valuable information about our movements. " Lieutenant Yosenta added.

"In fact, the entire squad managed to retreat but the majority suffered serious injuries, which I also have to report that this wonderful girl, Felix-san, helped us using a miraculous magic" happily extended the arm that was injured, pointing to the trap cat.

"Nyaha ~ The truth is that I was just a bit lost and suddenly came across a group that might need help, I'm just a traveler."

"I see." Still, you have my sincere gratitude for helping the few units that remain in the capital. " Silvia said as she bowed. "Felix-san, right? What motives inspired you to come to this country? It's not exactly a good tourist destination, at least not this city"

Felix: ** Hmm ... So this is the capital? It looks so ruined and poor that it's hard to imagine ... ** "Oh! Well ... The truth is that being honest I do not know it neither! I just woke up here today, have you ever heard about Lugunica's kingdom ? " He said with a tone of unconcern as he winked, trying to make it clear that he was not at all worried about going back with Crusch... Which was not entirely true.

"Lugunica?" The blonde in fancy armor seemed to be somewhat confused simply by hearing that name. "It does not sound like anything to me... And I know all the countries of this world ... Do you come from a small kingdom or something?"

"No~ Lugunica is quite large, it's strange that no one around here has even heard of it, hmhm ~ ..." ** Maybe I've ended up on another continent or something? Or all this is some strange dream. **

"Well ... Felix-san, I'll go straight to the point ... Since you probably have nowhere to stay, and it's more than possible that you end up being attacked given the dress you wear. If those healing abilities that Sergeant Delapierre witnessed are so incredible, would you like to help us? It would be great if we could count on them at this critical time. "

Felix was hesitant for a moment, shuffling the offer ... It was true that he was in a place where he did not know anyone, nobody knew him and did not even know what Lugunica was. The city did not look like a place to trust anyone who passed by and much less if bandits were loose around...

"Hm ... It's true I'd like to go back to Lugunica as soon as possible, but ... I guess I'll help then!" He said as he smiled and raised his hands a little, simulating the claws of a cat.
