Encouragement

Some supernatural took pity on you. I do not know why you of all people, but apparently they felt sorry for you for all the times you got into trouble. You cried out to the universe that you wish you could be praised instead of told off. Your wish has been granted, from now on everything abnormal you do will be considered good and praiseworthy. Not only that, but you can also make it so that everybody will be encouraged to do, and praised for an action, simply by stating that said action is a good thing to do.

So, for example, If you were to pull down your pants half way down in public, people will see that as a good idea, and you might be encouraged to finish taking them off. If you take them off entirely people will praise you for it and will generally agree that things are better now that you have your pants off. If you were to say "It is good to not wear pants" people will encourage each other to remove each others pants, praise each other for doing so, and then act as if they were never supposed to wear pants in the first place. After a while, they will then act is if it was always completely normal to not wear pants. When asked, they will always try to rationalise this.
