Breaking Supers

Dr. Kelvo was a man of two identities. By day he was a tech billionaire, having bought or funded several burgeoning tech businesses in their early days and guided them to success he sat atop more money than he knew what to do with. He was not a very public figure but he didn’t hide from the eyes of the press. By night he was “The Doctor”, a madman hell bent on destroying the super-gifted of this world. Their power was an affront to the empire he had built and he saw no recourse but to use his vast funding and network to take down these purported heroes and villains playing dress up in the streets.

Building his business empire became secondary to building his countermeasures and villain network. He recruited super-gifted individuals to play as distractions for his targets, to tease out their strengths and weaknesses. The first few years were a money pit with minimal success. The various heroes thwarted his plans and came close to discovering his true identity. But the last year or so he had finally gotten the pieces into place. Tomorrow, he would capture his first target alive.
