A Warm Welcome

The frigid air was the first thing that greeted me upon opening my driver side door. It was a little after 6 PM on a Thursday night in Pennsylvania. My wife Lexi and I had bought our first house just inside of the city, and it had a wonderful quaint country feel to it. I had just gotten off work and was exhausted, but more than happy to finally be home.

I walked up to the front of the house, keys jingling as I unlocked the door. Once I was inside, I was immediately greeted by the warm, golden-lighting and a delicious yet peculiar scent, is that cheddar cheese? Wait no, it also smells like... beef? I think to myself as my mouth waters more by the second.

As I snuck into the kitchen to see for myself what the source of this amazing aroma was, I'm surprised to see you making what appeared to be Mac n' Cheese Beef Tacos, a genius flavor hybrid combining two of our favorite foods.
