You wake up, surprised you fell asleep at all given your excitement. Today is the day you come of age! As a full adult you now have the authority - the responsibility really - to spank any girl you feel deserves it. You reflect as you're getting dressed. Are you ready for this responsibility? You certainly feel like you've been ready for a while. True, you're still living with your parents in your hometown, but you're making your own money and saving up for a place of your own. Life is good.
You descend the stairs to a chorus of 'happy birthday' sung by your family - they're gathered around the kitchen table, just finishing breakfast. It looks like they decided to let you sleep in today, you smile as you see them.
