However it's not all that straightforward. Firstly, while you are able to specify the category of mind control that is placed on your target, you don't have full control over the exact rule chosen. Secondly, in order to earn the Conversion Points necessary to establish these rules, you need to take part in bets, gambles and games. If you end up in debt, you must pay up before you leave... by leaving with a new rule of your own.
