Dear diary, It's one of my New Year's resolutions – to write to you every single day. I have high hopes for this year and am determined to achieve some significant milestones. For now, let me share where I stand: I'm 18 years old, practically broke, friendless since moving to France, and barely scraping by from my job as a factory worker. Although the job is flexible, it's incredibly exhausting.

My primary goal for this year is self-improvement – I aim to turn my life around so that I can find happiness. This is my overarching resolution for 2025.

I began today sitting in bed and jotting down these initial thoughts. It motivated me to start the day on a productive note, making sure not to waste any time.
