Victoria, known as 'V', enjoyed a promising career as a counterintel agent working in Arasaka Corporation's Night City branch. After a botched inter agency operation however, V finds herself in the firing line to take the blame for events and her future looks bleak. She soon discovers that her hunger to climb the corporate ladder has now left her with precious few allies to call upon and plenty of enemies capitalising on the opportunity to see her life made more difficult. Now V has to navigate the harsh corporate landscape of Arasaka, trying to save her own skin while maintaining her dignity along the way.
