...that my wife has a friend round.

Jessica is one of the newer ladies who works with my wife in the city. As far as I know she's single, likes a glass or two of wine and is a bit of a flirt.

Jessica is also (in my wife's opinion) a lot of fun to be around and has become a trusted friend over the last 18 months of sharing an office.

She's not exactly a regular visitor as she's often out late partying with friends her own age. My wife and I are nearly 10 years older than her and don't enjoy the bar and club scene so much now we're approaching our early thirties.

I smile as I walk in to the kitchen concealing my disappointment that I'll lose out on some time with my lovely lady.
