some tailoring

I ran to the closest store and found a stock room. I located a pair of shears and returned to Rachel. First I stripped off her t-shirt then removed her bra. I put her t-shirt back on then cut holes in the shirt so her nipples and areolas poked out. I then removed her panties, shoved them in her purse, then cut out the seat of her skirt so her tight pert ass was on display.

I had another idea, so I borrowed a pair of shoelaces from a kid nearby then tied Rachel's wrists to the belt loops on the side of her skirt.

I stood back and restarted time.

Rachel took a couple of steps before noticing her arms were tied to her sides, then she felt the air on her nipples and ass.
