one year passed

"Push Lara push" Abby firmly shouted, "what does it look like I'm doing" Lara screamed back at her "its almost there keep going"Abby said concentrating on catching the baby once it was out, soon Lara held the baby girl in her arms and looking down at her face she couldn't help but think about all the other babies she had given up over the last year, the first just after Abby and mom arrived the next just over a month later, it was around the same time Abby started to soften up to Lara after watching her have to give up another baby, it started with a hug which let to tears as she cried in Abby's arms and by the time the next baby came Abby was trying to fight the people who came to take the baby so Lara wouldn't be so sad.

A little while after that Abby and Kate's bellies stared to show and since they had only had sex with Lara it was obvious who the father was, something about knowing they were having Lara's babies seemed to break down the walls of taboo and soon they were all having sex on a daily basis, most nights they all slept in the one bigger bed, mom in the middle with a daughter on each side and when Kate started lactating they would often latch on a drink there fill, Kate seemed the most pleased with this as it reminded her of the past and that when they were together it took all the stress of the situation away.

This continued on through Lara's third and fourth pregnancy but something strange happened during her fifth, Lara started getting what she could only describe as flashes or visions through the eyes of another person usually as they were doing something impossible like flying or lifting a car, it was like watching a superhero movie in first person, the visions lasted only a few minutes each and while they were great at the start giving her a small view of the outside world they quickly became a curse given she was still trapped here and she wished they would go away.

Once Abby and Kate had there babies it was time to get them both pregnant again but unlike last time there was no need to trick and **** them together as they were having unprotected sex daily anyway, a couple of months later with Lara well into her twelfth pregnancy she suddenly had one of her flashes but all she could see was a door exactly the same type as the ones she had seen for the whole of the last year then a hand reaches out as if to punch it just as the door to her room burst open to reveal a tall tanned woman with very long pink/red hair standing there, she was dressed in blue and silver like a super heroine even having a full length cape, immediately she looked at Lara and said.
