Chapter 6 by wyk wyk

Who should you pander to...?

noobs at Payon Cave.

Many adventurers sought the glory that awaited them in the fabled cave of undead. Though a lot of the novices and first time archers would find the fable was more than just real, it could kill. Many were tested in this cave, and it was a common rite of passage for acolyte and archer alike. Occasionally you'd even find a swordsman traveling with an acolyte or even a lone thief from Morroc. Though the best customer, often turned out to be the rigid and powerful Champions that easily trailed into the depths of the mystical cavern.

Yet occasionally you'd come across a naive rich boy, and that's what you hoped for. You walked north, looking over fellow travelers who were either doing the same or leaving with quite a few injuries.

"I-I'm sorry!" You heard, looking over your shoulder to a pair. It appeared to be a thief and a rogue. Both male, and appearing a bit torn up. The rogue looked annoyed and the most battered up of the two, as it was clear they had just escaped some sort of fiasco.

"Shut your pie hole boy!" The rogue demanded in anger, "You're more whiny and needy than a novice!" He spat as the young thief looked ashamed, "Next time, I grab the treasures and you distract the horde of undead!" He shoved the thief out of the way and walked off. The thief fell to the ground with a grunt and looked to the side.

What do you do?
