merchant's ships arrive

“Allow both of them to land. Renna, invite captains to discuss details of transport, while their crews are fed at the cafeteria. We will use the same tactics, as we used with militia, 40 years ago. Have some of colonists eat food with them, to make sure there will be no suspicions.
