laboratory

the lab is possibly the worst building that can be constructed or even simply designed by the architects for both the peaceful races (like humans) and the monsters which include the goblins. when the laboratory is built and staffed it boosts the abilities of any previous alchemist or shaman, etc to superb levels. what might have been simple potions and Molotovs could turn into giant vats where the alchemist would brutally experiment on the goblin as he lives. or the shaman who might try mixing all sorts of cursed and magical items such as chaos minotaur liver into runes or grabbing young goblins to make giant skull shrines.

however as much bad as it might create, it could also result in some good happening (for the goblins) as the lab might aid in making women more susceptible to their charms. or maybe they might change the forms of goblins into giant female whores/matriarchs, or simply improving their respective crafts in things like spell speed. though on more rare occasions when they have creatures like red gob or as they are also referred to, mad greens as the goblins themselves come out saying how they don't want to be distinguished as the same species as the mad types. though when a red gobs are created and when they use the lab they tend to create all manors of mayhem while still sticking to goblin natures with things like sex. as they will create homunculi which will tend to have sexual organs and in some cases even be able to reproduce with the tendency of giving them personalities and having them act as frail maidens.

though the shaman also expresses a similar danger as if they are exception enough or lucky enough they can evolve into necromancers or warlocks. they would then turn or corrupt most creatures within their vicinity into undead to wreak havoc as a travelling Warband with all kinds of undead-like skeletons, hell hounds, zombies, and even vampires if the ingredients are right. even though they customarily have a large portion of their sex drive removed they still have the fun of creating sexual undead as even undead armours are warped into busty latex milfs for the goblins to impregnate.
