You see something strange out the window

It was as if you were drawn over to the window, and after walking over to it you peered outside. There was a guy standing on the street outside your yard looking 'anxious'. You watched him for a while and finally realized that he was watching a young woman across the street. The guy was in his mid-forties by the looks of things, quite scruffy in appearance and was wearing a red & white baseball cap, a t-shirt and jeans. The woman who had so caught his attention was a pretty thing, probably early 30's, she had short, stylish blonde hair, a curvy figure and was dressed in a tight pink top that emphasized her C-cup breasts, a white pvc belt, a black pencil skirt and a pair of open-toe, slingback pumps.

"What's he doing?"

you asked yourself, as you kept watching, partly hidden behind the curtains as the guy reached into his pocket. He didn't take his eyes of the woman once as she dug into her purse to find her car keys.

You then saw the scruffy guy pull out what appeared to be a pen, and your curiosity only increased. You just thought it was a sort of camera disguised as a pen, and that the guy was just some harmless pervert.
