With a smile, you charged back into the fray, deciding that even if Aslaug fell, you would make her proud by taking down as many of those Directorate ebony beauties as possible to take home, so she would have a full family of daughters to raise once she returned.

Together with Ranveig, you rushed in, hammer in hand as you swung wildly, not caring much for finesse as much as just getting the kill in. With the rushed advance of your comrades, and with the militia's best forces spent, left with just the rookies, this turned out to be surprisingly effective as you pushed the enemy back, getting closer and closer to the colony as your kill count shot up, despite your injury slowing you down and meaning Ranveig got more kills than you. You would have a lot of time to enjoy your slaves once the fight was won.

"Looks like we've got them!", you tell Ranveig, who nods with a smirk on her face as you are now very close to the colony, and the few troops ahead of you look nervous and unsure, holding their weapons awkwardly as they try to ward you off or appear intimidating. With a smirk, you hit a brave one that approached you hard, 'killing' her in a single hit and inspiring the rest of them to drop their weapons and surrender as they look at you.

"Nice going, Rune! Look how many surrenders you got! Our lost friend would be proud of you", Ravening tells you with a teasing smile as you hear the announcement that the battle is over and you have won. With a smirk on your face, you set about collecting your multiple kills, a process that is fairly slow, and culminates with the 4 you took down when you nearly got beaten, and where you find Aslaug still in the floor, waiting to be claimed.

"Oh, I wish my beloved was still around, I could brag to her about how many kills I managed to get, oh such a shame!", you say loudly as you notice your betrothed's hands are once again giving you the middle finger. You smile and laugh.

"I'll miss you babe, make sure to take care, okay?", you say to her before you depart with your new slaves, ready to have some fun after such a tiring but exciting first raid.
