You beat the doctor

You manage to beat up the doctor and his nurses. Affectively putting the nurses out of a job and leaving the doctor dead on the floor from a heart attack.

Oh well time to get what’s mine he said as he looked for the orb only to find it not in the doctors procession.

You then try to find it and you...

1.) Sneak and follow the nurses to see if the orb is there

2.) Look around the hospital for it.
