You announce your pregnancy

You clear your throat, "Don't mean to try to trump your announcement. But we've got one too." You place a hand over Jesse's stomach.

Carli's eyes went wide and wet, as if you'd just betrayed her. "You're pregnant too?"

Jesse nodded, "Mmhmm. About a little over two weeks."

The breath fell out of Carli, "You don't say." She stared daggers at you, knowing you must have impregnated Jesse around or on the same night as her.

"In a weird way, I'm relieved," Ken showed the first signs of happiness he'd felt all night, "Just to know I'm not going through this alone," He gave you a fist bump, "And hey, congrats to us on having working sperm." You winced, not wanting to think about the irony in his statement.

"I'm assuming since there's no ring --" Carli inquired.

"No wedding," Jesse winked at you, "Yet."

Congratulations were thrown around and David went to the bathroom. Carli coughed and motioned to you to come see her on the balcony. Joan slyly looked you up and down and asked if you'd like to go out for a cigarette.
