You accept.

You agreed to a private performance when you noticed Jessica's interest. Matt offered a wide grin then motioned you both into chairs.

"Excellent. Excellent. I'll make it very basic and quick. Steve, I'll do you first. Jessica, you get to enjoy this part." He winked at her and she returned a smile.

"Now, Steve. I want you to close your eyes and relax your body. Forget about everything and listen to my voice." You notice that his tone changed quite dramatically as he spoke. It was smooth and quite loud.

"My voice will lead you, just focus only on my voice. You feel your body relaxing. You are safe here, with just my voice." He continued. You could feel your body lighten as Matt's voice seemed to become softer and more distant. You could make out a few words.

"...tired... you will only listen... completely still... sleep... very happy... want more..." The words eventually drowned into a feint buzzing. You eventually awake from your ignorant bliss after what seemed hours. You stood in a daze and looked at Jessica then at Matt.

Jessica seemed to be in the same state as you, but Matt looked between the two of you wearing a grin.

"Well?" He asked.

You blinked at the question, then realised how contempt you felt. "That was great. I'm not sure what you did, but I feel very relaxed and happy."

He nodded vigorously. "Yes, I know. This is some of the many things I can do." He grinned again.

"Thanks for doing this for us Matt!" Jessica spoke with a smile.

"Anything for my friends. It is late now, but feel free to call me if ever you'd like to catch up again. I'm always available." He spoke with a smile and looked between you and Jessica.

You thank him again before leaving. Once home, you both head straight to bed, feeling too tired for much else. The next morning you find Jessica in the kitchen. She hands you a mug of coffee.

"I was thinking, I'd like to see Matt more often. He could help you with stress from work..." Jessica said.

You raised your eyebrow then shrugged. "I suppose. It was fun, but I don't want to depend on it."

"Well, I'm going to see him again in the next few days. It would be great if you came too." She spoke somewhat firmly.
