You Awaken

You groan as you open your eyes, only to shut them tight as they look directly into a very bright light. Opening them and getting used to the light, you quickly notice you're in a very dark room, aside from said bright light. It appears to be very plain, and nothing like the hallways of the mansion, there's not even a door. You attempt to sit up, but you realize both your wrists and ankles are bound by... something...

And then you realize you're completely naked and blush. Naked and bound. If it weren't for what you'd seen tonight, you'd think this would be quite lewd. But you can't help but wonder what do those latex animals gain from this?

But you're given no more time to ponder as you hear a very loud, very odd, sound that could only be described as squelching or slurping. You desperately look around to find the source but see nothing.

You hear the weird squelching even closer now.

You gaze up and notice something odd and shiny. A drop of the odd stuff lands on your bare chest. You shiver at how cool the odd substance is. Upon inspection, it appears to be... Goo.
