You Are On Its Turf Now.

Just as you are about to dash off into the grass the giant black slug shoots another wad of slimey stuff at you and hits you on your feet!

You stop in your tracks and look down, the slime seems quite thick and seems to move on its own, quickly it seems to surround each of your feet. You reach down to try and swipe it off but while it's thick and flexible, it seems the outer shell can't be pierced or pinched or grabbed onto. It's too slippery!

You try to push the stuff off down your ankle and foot but it's quite tenacious and keeps a grip on your foot. You can feel the slime moving all over your foot as you try to wipe it off though, squishing between your toes as well.

A rustle behind you reminds you of the close proximity of the slug, it could be about to attack you again!

Crap, i need to run!

Your newly re-found nude modesty gives way to your flight impulse as you take off into the grass, your new slime shoes squishing wildly as you make contact with the ground. In a moment you are out of sight of the slug in the long grass.

After a few more seconds of running you come to a stop and quickly realise that the grass isn't trying to grab at you again. Whatever stuff the slug squirted you with must have been potent... You can still see the thick clear liquid dripping down your body.

You again look at your feet and can see them under the slime shoes easily enough.

That slime.. it feels warm and nice in a weird kind of way..

Meanwhile the slug starts moving again towards it's prey. It was delighted to have found a human again and wasn't going to let him be snapped up by this pesky grass and whatever else was lurking around. It was hungry and it was going to feed. And the best food always put up resistance.

It shuddered in the delight of the chase and slowly set off to pursue it's next meal.
