"I mean, I don't see why not." If Becca is okay with it then why not? It was her idea to go to the movies.

"Cool, I'm gonna go to the back and get my stuff then" Carl walks to the back.

"It's been a while since we went to the movies with the three of us." Becca seems so happy.

Carl come back out and the three make their way to movies. They grab movie tickets, some popcorn and drinks. They grab tickets to the girly movie Becca wanted to see. They move into theater and find seats. There's not to many people since the movie has been out for a couple weeks. Carl is in front, so he sits on the far side, and Becca ends up in the middle. Alex sits on the side of Becca and trailers start. A movie about animated cats over throwing the government. A new super hero movie where they all lose they're memories and some become villains and fight each other. And the last one is a new dance movie where a girl in a wheelchair joins a dance crew and go to some big competition. Finally, the lights go dark and the movie starts.

The movie might be a little boring. It's about a guy who opens a coffee shop and falls in love with a waitress that works there. Only 20 minutes in Alex feels kinda bored. He looks over at Becca she seems into the movie. Alex rolls his eyes, crosses his arms and leans back. Almost an hour into the movie, the lovely couple on screen have a fight because the lady puts creamer in her coffee, and the man believe it ruins coffee. This is about all Alex can take. "Hey, I'm gonna use the restroom." Alex whispers to Becca.

Alex makes his way out to the lobby and to the restroom. Alex takes his time. We washes his hands a little longer. Looks at himself in the mirror. Finally he decides it's time to go back. As he walks back into the theater, he looks at the screen. It seems the couple is happy now because the guy has learned to accept all coffee drinkers. What a dumb story. Alex goes back to his seat. When he gets to the isle his seats in, in the darkness he sees Becca isn't looking at the movie. Looks like she's turned to Carl, talking to him. When Alex gets to his seat he sits down and Becca jumps. She looks back at the movie.

The movie ends with the couple getting married, and having 2 kids named Latte and Cappuccino. Dumb. The lights come on and the three friends make there way to the lobby. "I wanna stop by the bathrooms." Becca chimes.

Carl and Alex hang out around the bathrooms waiting for Becca. When she comes out Alex notices something. "What happened to your make up?" Alex notices all her make was washed off.

"There was a super sad part in the movie and I cried my mascara all over. So I just washed it all off." Becca explains. Alex just rolls his eyes. Girls get so emotional over dumb romance movies.

The friends leave the movies and Carl goes off alone and Alex walk Becca home. "So did you like the movie?" Alex strikes up some small talk.

"I loved it. All the girls were right." Becca continues to rant about how much she like the movie. They finally get to the her house. Alex leans in and kisses Becca. Unlike the last time he tried to kiss her, Becca leans in and kisses him back. The kiss is nothing like the kiss Alex had with Mandy, but it's nice after being denied twice in school. Becca isn't the most intimate girlfriend. After a few moments, Becca pulls away. She looks down and apologizes. then she runs into her house. What was that about? She looked a little sad.

On the walk home, Alex text Becca and asked if she was ok, but she doesn't respond. Alex finally gets home and sits in wait for Mandy to get home too.
