You turn to the cat-woman. "I think I'm going to select..." You glance at the holograph, making sure that you get the name right. "... Capella."

"Very well," the cat-woman says. "Now, I'll have to go in with her to supervise various document signings. Meanwhile, if you can wait in here for a short while, one of my assistants will come in to give you some basic provisions. If you for any reason have second thoughts, please let her know."

The cat-woman leaves the room through the door on the opposite side of the room. You consider trying to get up and explore the place, but before you can the doors open. In walks a rather small woman, with tiny bat like ears, and much larger, velvety bat-like wings protruding from her back. She carries a backpack that is noticeably a bit too heavy for her to carry it. She takes it to the table, and drops it with a resounding thud.

"You should be all set up with this," she says. Opening the backpack, you find a lot of things that are recognizable from your world - a cell-phone, several pairs of clothes, a couple of bags of snacks of some kind, and a cheap paperback book that seems to be one of this world's "classics". In addition, there's a vial of pills - the bat-girl explains that while you were out you'd had nanobots injected into your bloodstream to help "facilitate" the transition, and the pills will help your body acclimate to this new world. You are instructed to take the pills once a day.

You turn on the phone, opening it up. It seems like it's already been somewhat configured, and when you check your list of contacts, there's only one that reads "AAA Institute". There's a couple of games installed, which aren't that complex but make good time-wasters.

The cat-woman emerges from the doors she disappeared behind again. "If you are ready, your Host is," she says. You nod, get up from the table, and once again follow her. Soon you come into contact with an obviously-pleased Capella. "Thanks for choosing me," she says, beaming.

The two of you emerge onto the sidewalk as a small car pulls up to you. Capella simply opens the door and gets in, and you quickly realize that it's self-driving when after she deposits a couple of coins into a slot she punches in an address and sits back. You get onto the road very quickly, and you notice that almost all of the other cars on the road are like hers - much smaller and sleeker than those of your world. The two of you break the ice, where she mentions that being a Host will give her allowance that will finally allow her to quit her dead-end job, and she points out some things along the way - mostly landmarks that you pass by. Finally, your car stops by what you can only assume is her apartment.

She leads you up to her apartment, and takes you inside. As she had mentioned, the dimensions are all scaled up - you feel small in the room. Even then, it obviously has a cozy feel, with one of the walls dominated by a fireplace that is actively burning. She shows her to your room - which is little more than a closet for her but large enough to fit a bed for you. When you sit down, you notice that her crotch is a bit... wet, and that her nipples are sticking a bit through her sweater. "Pheremones?" you ask.

Capella's cheeks turn a bright red. "Uh... yeah..." she says, turning away from you and beginning to walk away. You attempt to apologize. "No, no, it's okay," she says. "Nothing to apologize for. I should probably get used to being... all riled up."
